Terms of Service
Prices:
The store has the right to change prices under any circumstances, except as recorded in the invoice.
Delivery
Except if there is a prior agreement between the parties, all delivery dates are discretionary and we make all our efforts to arrive the shipment on time, and in the event of a delay in the delivery of the order, the store bears full responsibility for this and the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
Transportation and loss of cargo
Ownership of the product passes to the buyer as soon as he receives the product. In the event of any damage or loss of the shipment, the store assumes full responsibility for this.
Warranty
In the event of any damage to the product, such as damage or shortage, the store bears full responsibility for this, and the buyer must communicate with the store within ٣ days of receiving the shipment, after which the buyer is not entitled to claim the costs of damage.
Limitation of liability
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that the store's liability for any claims regarding the products should not exceed the amount recorded on the invoice. The buyer must file a claim for any damage within ٣ days of receipt of the shipment, and if the period exceeds ٣ days, the store has the right to reject the claim.
